A week of inspiration

In addition to eating as healthy as possible, it is so important to live your fullest, happy, positive and joyful life! I can’t imagine going through a single day without joy. We all have it in us, and it is definitely a choice. Choose to be happy. I just started listening (audible) to a book by Gabrielle Bernstein Super Attractor - the book follows the ideas of the Law of Attraction - which I completely believe. I love finding new books to help remind me to attract what I truly desire, give it a look!

You get exactly what you desire, so desire everything wonderful and fulfilling! I find the most joyful day is when the day is done, I can look back and really feel good about my accomplishment, or proud of my strength, or that I did something completely pleasurable to me. Like if I had a fantastic healthy eating day - I feel really good and proud of myself, or when I complete a project at home and then look back and really appreciate what I finished. Or at work, if I managed to be helpful to someone, or if I contributed with a happy heart - even on the most difficult days, I look back at the day and call it a success.

Part of being healthy is loving the day, everyday. Even when something is perceived hard, take a step back and switch up the angle, it may make all the difference. Knowing that there are some things that you can’t immediately change or control, find comfort that you will grow by the challenge. Look to your spiritual self - and pray for the strength that you need. it doesn’t mean you can’t have joy. Joy is still there for you, it’’s up to you to recognize it.

So make today the best day ever! Do something nice for someone else. Compliment. Laugh. Smile.
