January is HERE!

I am so happy to be starting the New Year with new eyes! I mean, I have been meditating and starting my day with purposeful joy - something I completely attribute to my love of life. This year, as always, I want to start a few new habits. I always choose a few, because then I may have at least one that will stick! This year is my year to thrive. My health is good. There is no stopping good health. Adapting 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar (ACV) and warm water in my morning routine is one example of my intent to get my gut in shape. ACV has multiple health benefits including improving insulin sensitivity, improves heart health, reduces bloating, helps with weight loss, and so much more. ACV has many B-vitamins and polyphenols (plant-based antioxidants).

I want to inspire you to make the MOST out of your life - and it all starts with your health. Got off your butt and go for a walk. Get out there with a huge smile on your face, you will immediately look brighter and younger. You will be a magnet for positivity.
