July is in full swing, hello summer! I have been thinking about the summer and the incredible beautiful food available. Remember all the good choices we have in summer, the fresh strawberries, blueberries and black berries, the abundance zucchini, basal and tomatoes! There is so much goodness in the garden right now. This months recipe is ranch salad dressing (compliments of Forksoverknives.com), Let's eat a salad, trying different combinations of vegetables. How about a greens only salad? Or a simple green and tomato salad. Have you tried berries or any other fruit with your salad, it adds freshness and a summer sweetness. True farm to table is eating what is in season and what grows locally. Let's eat!
